Ngital designed and built a new website for Regent Design & Development to match the calm, premium feel of its homes. Since it went live, site visit bookings through the website have grown 10x.
Objective & Challenges
Regent Design & Development Ltd (RDDL) has been building homes in Dhaka since 1981 and has delivered more than 550 apartments across the city. Its homes are premium, but its old website did not reflect that quality, and it gave buyers few clear ways to move from browsing to visiting a project.
In real estate, the site visit is the moment that matters. Buyers who walk through an apartment are far more likely to buy, so a developer's website needs to answer buyers' questions and make booking a visit effortless.
The goal was a website that felt as premium as Regent's residences, presented every project completely and turned online interest into booked site visits.
Our Strategy
We designed the site around the calm, premium feel of Regent's residences, with a restrained palette, generous white space, large architectural photography and editorial headlines.
Every project got its own complete page with an overview, features, at-a-glance facts, construction progress, gallery, location and a brochure download that captures buyer details.
Each project page ends with a "Book a Site Visit" form where buyers pick a preferred date and time, with WhatsApp and phone links throughout, and every booking goes straight to the sales team.
We made Regent's track record visible on every page, from 550+ apartments delivered and on-time handover to leadership, awards and news, and built the site on WordPress so the team can update projects and progress without developer help.

A luxury apartment is one of the biggest purchases a family will ever make, and today that journey starts online. Buyers browse projects, compare locations and judge a developer’s quality long before they call. Regent’s old website did not reflect the calm, premium homes the company builds, and it gave buyers few clear ways to take the next step. Ngital redesigned and rebuilt the site around one goal: turning interest into site visits.
1. A design that feels like a Regent home
We built the visual direction around the feel of Regent’s residences: calm, spacious and premium. A restrained palette of deep charcoal, warm earth tones and soft blue-grey, generous white space and large architectural photography let the buildings speak for themselves. Editorial headlines such as “Designing tomorrow’s landmarks” and “Crafting luxury spaces” set the tone from the first screen.
2. Projects that sell themselves
Every project now has its own complete page, so buyers can find everything in one place:
- Project overview and features covering layouts, finishes and amenities
- At a glance facts on size, units and location
- Construction progress so buyers can see a project moving toward handover
- Project gallery and location to show the building and its neighbourhood
- Brochure download that captures the buyer’s name and phone number
Ongoing and completed projects are separated clearly, from Regent Sapphire and Regent Spring Dale in Bashundhara to Regent Rizia in Uttara and Regent Grand Heritage in North Badda.
3. A clear path to a site visit
The most important change was making the next step obvious. Every project page ends with a “Schedule your visit” section and a “Book a Site Visit” form where buyers choose a preferred date and time and leave a note. WhatsApp and phone links are available throughout, so buyers who prefer to talk can do so in one tap. Each booking and brochure request goes straight to the sales team.
4. Trust on every page
Real estate buyers need reasons to believe. We gave Regent’s track record a prominent place: more than 550 apartments delivered, six pillars that define the Regent experience, from quality materials to on-time handover, plus leadership, clients, landowners, awards and memberships, news and videos. A blog with buyer guides adds helpful content for people still deciding.
5. Built for speed and easy updates
The site is built on WordPress with custom templates, fast on mobile, where most buyers in Dhaka browse, and structured for search. Regent’s team can add projects, update construction progress and publish news without developer help, so the site stays current.
What made it work
- Design that matches the product. A premium developer needs a website that feels as considered as its homes.
- One clear action. Every project page leads to a site visit booking, the step that matters most in real estate sales.
- Everything a buyer needs in one place. Features, progress, gallery, location and brochure answer questions before the call.
- Proof of reliability. A 550+ apartment track record and on-time handover made visible across the site.
Results
Since the new website went live, site visit bookings through the website have grown tenfold. Regent now has a digital flagship that matches the quality of its homes, presents every ongoing and completed project in full, and turns online interest into booked visits that go straight to the sales team.
“Ngital delivered a website that finally matches the quality our buyers expect when they walk into a Regent property. The combination of luxury brand sensibility, sophisticated technical architecture, and intelligent lead automation produces exactly the digital flagship a four-decade real estate developer requires.”
