Manage Tutor

Manage Tutor is a home tuition marketplace in Bangladesh, founded in 2019 by Mir Showkat, that connects guardians with verified tutors. Guardians post a requirement in about three minutes, tutors apply to jobs that match their subjects and area, and the platform builds trust at every step: tutors verify their identity with their NID, birth certificate or passport and their institution ID, tuition posts go live only after an admin approves them, guardians are phone-verified, and only guardians who actually hired a tutor can leave a rating.

Ngital supports Manage Tutor across product, brand and growth. One team handles the platform, the brand and the marketing, so the experience guardians and tutors see in an ad matches what they find on the site.

Web development: we built the Manage Tutor platform as a custom WordPress theme. It includes a public website with a tutor directory and tuition job board, a guardian dashboard to post tuitions, compare applicants and hire, a tutor dashboard with plans, applications and a paid Trusted badge, and an admin panel for job review, tutor verification, payments, support and team roles.

SEO: we set up the site to rank for the searches parents and tutors actually make, such as home tutors and tuition jobs by subject, class and area in Bangladesh. That covers technical health, clean URLs, meta titles and descriptions, and a parent and tutor guide blog that answers common questions.

Graphic design and branding: we designed the Manage Tutor identity, a simple wordmark in navy with a blue dot that marks the "o" in tutor, along with the visual system used across the platform and social media.

Facebook Ads: we run campaigns that reach guardians looking for tutors and university students looking for tuition jobs, targeted by area across Dhaka, to grow both sides of the marketplace.
